SODOM: Fallece su ex-guitarrista DIRK STRAHLMERER



Los alemanes SODOM informan de la muerte de su antiguo miembro Dirk 'Strahli' Strahlmerer, que feneicó el pasado mes en el hospital de Düsseldorf, Alemania.

Dirk tocó la guitarra en un disco de SODOM, "Masquerade In Blood".

La banda desconoce las razones exactas de su fallecimiento y ofrece las condolencias a su familia y amigos.

SODOM prepara nuevo disco



SODOM está componiendo material para un futuro trabajo y en mayo comenzará a registrarlo en el estudio. El lanzamiento de este nuevo disco se espera para finales de verano, y será acompañado por la celebración del trigésimo aniversario del grupo.

Por el momento SODOM tiene confirmadas varias fechas previas a la grabación del álbum en Europa y Sudamérica, y otras posteriores, incluyendo festivales europeos de agosto como PartySan (Alemania), Metalcamp (Eslovenia) y Brutal Assault (República Checa), en los que podría presentarse el nuevo trabajo.

SODOM lanzará un nuevo álbum en abril


SPV / Steamhammer ha elegido el 29 de abril de 2013 como fecha de lanzamiento del álbum aún sin título de los veteranos SODOM. La banda está actualmente grabando 12 canciones con el productor Waldemar Sorychta (GRIP INC., ENEMY OF THE SUN).
