También se confirma nuevo disco y gira.La formación original de la legendaria banda de heavy metal BLACK SABBATH - Ozzy Osbourne (voz), Tony Iommi (guitarra), Geezer Butler (bajo) y Bill Ward (batería) - se ha reunido y ha comenzado a trabajar en un nuevo álbum por primera vez en 33 años - se ha completado la composición de la mitad de las canciones del disco - será producido por Rick Rubin, quien ha trabajado anteriormente con Metallica, Slipknot, Slayer y SYSTEM OF A DOWN, entre muchos otros. La banda espera comenzar a grabar el CD en enero de 2012 y lanzarlo a través de Vertigo/Universal Republic en los EE.UU. y Vertigo en el resto del mundo. BLACK SABBATH's reunion was officially confirmed a few minutes ago during a special announcement ceremony at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, California — the same venue where the band made its Los Angeles debut on November 11, 1970 (41 years ago), opening for ALICE COOPER. All four original members of the group attended the event, which was hosted by former BLACK FLAG frontman Henry Rollins.
