CRADLE OF FILTH entrarán en el estudio a finales de abril para comenzar a grabar su décimo álbum. El vocalista de la banda, Dani "Filth" Davey, afirma: "Hasta ahora hemos grabado nueve versiones parciales de las demo, todo suena increíblemente retorcido, aunque es difícil definir con palabras como suena exactamente este álbum y que no añada confusión a las expectativas generales. Personalmente lo comparo con un compendio de CRADLE a través de los años, pero con una racha de nueva energía corriendo en un lugar destacado a lo largo de ... ¡es rápido, innovador, melódico, brutal y totalmente sin concesiones, muy cinematográfico (hay un aumento notable de las orquestaciones gracias a Martin [Skaroupka, batería], que ha estado trabajando febrilmente junto a Pablo [Allender, guitarrista] tanto en la composición como en las pistas de batería, que son sorprendentes por decir poco... , romántico, nigromántico, enojado y reflexivo. No me jodas, es un nuevo álbum de CRADLE OF FILTH, realmente sangriento, y en el que las demos solo son un anticipo de la tormenta por venir. "
Y añadió: "El álbum en sí no es conceptual en esta ocasión (pienso que suspirareis de alivio!), sino un bestiario de canciones que siempre giran en torno a un tema quimérico. Los títulos hasta el momento son los siguientes: 'Siding With The Titans', 'The Abhorrent', 'Illicitus', 'Frost On Her Pillow', 'For Your Vulgar Delectation', 'Death, The Great Adventure', 'Manticore', 'The Unveiling Of O', 'Pallid Reflection' y 'Huge Onyx Wings Behind Despair'

British extreme metallers CRADLE OF FILTH will enter the studio at the end of April to begin recording their tenth album for a fall release. Fuck me, it's a new CRADLE OF FILTH album, and a really bloody good one at that, if the demos alone are taken as a foretaste of the thunderstorm to come."
He continued, "The album itself is not a concept album this time around (you think you're sighing with relief!), but a bestiary of songs all revolving around a chimerical theme. Titles thus far include the following… 'Siding With The Titans', 'The Abhorrent', 'Illicitus', 'Frost On Her Pillow', 'For Your Vulgar Delectation', 'Death, The Great Adventure', 'Manticore', 'The Unveiling Of O', 'Pallid Reflection' and 'Huge Onyx Wings Behind Despair', with a due date of All Hallow's Eve for release and the swiftly approaching date of April 25th for entry into the two studios we're locked in to complete this mammoth task."
