THE DEAD DAISIES to announce new album !

“BURN IT DOWN” is a muscular tour-de-force, a tornado of pounding drums, pulverizing bass, screaming guitars and in-your-face raw vocals. Evoking the best of 70s Rock, with moments of Birmingham’s finest, blended with the early works of Boston’s best, On April 06th, 2018 “Burn It Down” will do just that: Burn down everything in it’s path until there is nothing left standing.

Recorded in Nashville with Marti Frederiksen at the helm, the band finished their 4th studio album “Burn It Down” in December, with Anthony Focx once again handling the mix and mastering legend Howie Weinberg adding his magic.

With the band eager to get on the road and in true Daisies’ fashion, the band announced the first of many BURN IT DOWN-TOUR dates slated for 2018 right before Christmas with fans turning out in droves at the on-sale date. Many more dates are to be announced including the band’s highly anticipated return to Japan and South America!

With Deen joining the bands line-up to record the new Album, The Dead Daisies are: Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, Dio), John Corabi (Mötley Crüe, The Scream), Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy), Deen Castronovo (Bad English, Journey) and David Lowy (Red Phoenix, Mink).

One thing is for certain: within a short amount of time, The Dead Daisies have made a massive impression on the rock scene and managed to garner the one thing that every band desires but only so few ever have: HARD CORE FANS! They love the Daisies and the Daisies love them back!

The Dead Daisies pride themselves on being an ass-kicking Rock band very much of today who love to celebrate the history of amazing music. In short, the band are fans of Rock and always will be.

Every one of the bands albums to date has had at least one cover song on it drawn from great songs from all eras, from the early blues greats to the classic rockers and heavy-hitters of later times. So many terrific players, so many immortal words, so many larger-than-life riffs

This collection of covers comes together from a long list of some of our favourite tunes, some bonafide classics – or simply songs that made us all smile, sweat and scream, band and audience alike.

These are done Daisies style, with big guitars, big vocals and always a bit of dirt under our collective fingernails, just the way we like it which is why we always love to mix up the setlist and throw them into our live shows.

Released on August 23rd, 2019, it comes in a suite of formats including DigiPak CD, Colored Vinyl with CD in paper sleeve, digital download and streaming.

All tracks are remastered for this project with “Rockin’ In The Free World (Live)” and “Highway Star (Live)” being released for the first time ever.

The Dead Daisies are a musical collective, whose members come together through a common love for great rock music. It’s a living, breathing, musical organism with the credo, “Rock is indeed alive & well!”

From the band’s inception, the idea was for members to bring their own ideas to the table but also have the flexibility to come and go when working on their other projects.

Both John and Marco are, and always will be, a part of The Dead Daisies musical family, but at this point in time they have decided to do some work on their own solo projects.

Yes, the guys have recenty been in the studio in LA recording some new music with legendary singer & bass player Glenn Hughes. ‘Righteous Days’ is airing exclusively across the planet this week.

David, Doug, Deen & Glenn head back into the studio later in the year to finish the album and look forward to seeing you on the road in 2020!!

Sometimes things just fit - SPV and The Dead Daisies do exactly that! With 2020 being nothing short of unplannable, resulting in an unavoidably postponed Tour and Album release, the Daisies have returned to their old stomping ground and are ready for an action-packed 2021.
Kicking things off is a Digital EP “The Lockdown Sessions” which drops on July 17th 2020, featuring four acoustic tracks, which are exclusive to this EP.

Hi All!
As some of you may have heard, I have officially left The Dead Daisies. My decision to leave was not an easy one as I have great respect for my former band members and a tremendous amount of love and appreciation for all the fans who supported us. This decision will ultimately give me time to spend with my family after touring extensively and schedule a minor back surgery to ensure that I am able get back on the road playing music and doing what I love! Rest assured I will be back and playing soon! I love you all. Stay healthy, stay safe and look for great things to come in the future!
