Comunicado de la banda:Queridos amigos, seguidores y todos vosotros: He decidido separarme de Equilibrium y dejar la banda. Creerme, no fue una decisión fácil y este proceso me llevó varios meses, igual más. Muchas cosas han cambiado a lo largo de los años y siento la necesidad de cambiar algo también. Las razones detalladas son múltiples y no se pueden describir fácilmente en una sola publicación. Por lo tanto, destacaré los momentos y aventuras inolvidables que viví durante estos 11,5 años en la banda. Viajé varias veces por China, Taiwán, Japón, Hong Kong, Sudamérica, por toda Europa, Norteamérica y el Caribe, y siempre les estaré agradecido por ello. Gracias por los grandes momentos con los fans y los conciertos. Sin duda: no me retiraré de la industria musical. Hay mucho por venir y cuando una puerta se cierra, otra se abre. Sigo adelante y le doy la bienvenida al futuro. Cuídense y nos vemos pronto.

Declaración de René: Fundé esta banda hace 24 años, y durante casi la mitad de ese tiempo, Dom formó parte de este viaje alocado. Compartimos muchos momentos inolvidables de "primera vez" mientras viajábamos por el mundo. Me animó a mejorar mi forma de tocar la guitarra y mi presencia en el escenario, y su claridad mental a menudo nos ayudó a superar situaciones difíciles en la carretera.
Dom es un músico magnífico, tanto en el estudio como de gira, y estoy orgulloso y agradecido de haberlo tenido en la banda. Sin duda lo extrañaremos en el escenario, pero al mismo tiempo, siento un profundo respeto por su decisión de dar un giro a su vida. Le deseamos todo lo mejor en sus futuros proyectos, ¡y estamos deseando ver qué se le ocurre! El último concierto de Dom con Equilibrium será el 23 de agosto en el Schlosshoffestival de Höchstadt/Aisch, Alemania.

Dear Friends, supporters and everybody else. I have decided to part ways with Equilibrium and leave the band. Believe me, it was no easy decision and this process took me several months, if not longer. Many things have changed over the years and I feel the urge to change something as well. The detailed reasons are manifold and cannot easily be described during a single post. Hence, I will highlight the unforgettable moments and adventures I could experience during these 11,5 years within the band. I travelled China, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, South America, all over Europe, Northern America and the Carribbean several times and I will always be grateful for that. René's statement: I founded this band 24 years ago, and for almost half of that time, Dom was part of this crazy journey. We shared many unforgettable 'first-time' moments while traveling around the globe. He pushed me to improve my guitar playing as well as my stage presence, and his clear thinking often helped us through difficult situations on the road.
Dom is a magnificent musician, both in the studio and on tour, and I’m proud and grateful to have had him in the band. We’ll definitely miss him on stage, but at the same time, I have deep respect for his decision to make a change in his life. We wish him all the best with his future projects – and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with!
